Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities whose main objectives are the promotion and protection of health, as well as the improvement of the quality of life of the population of Sabadell, may be beneficiaries. The entities will have to develop their projects, services or activities subject to the subsidy in the city of Sabadell and will have to promote: 1) Health education and information, disease prevention and/or health protection. 2) Improving the quality of life of people affected by chronic illness. 3) Training in health matters for agents of the general population or specific groups. 4) Awareness, support and mutual help in health problems. 5) Public health projects aimed at analysis, research and participation. 6) Other health projects that complement municipal action in the field of public health. Second. Purpose: Projects, services and activities that aim to promote and protect the health and improve the quality of life of the population of Sabadell and that are complementary to the health competencies of the Sabadell City Council, during the year 2026. Third. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance, approved by the Plenary Session of the Sabadell City Council, on December 23, 2008 (published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. number 10, of January 12, 2009). Specific regulatory bases for the granting of Health Service subsidies (consolidated text), approved by the Plenary Session of the Sabadell City Council, March 4, 2014, (published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona, March 24, 2014). Room. Amount: The endowment for this call is 50,000 euros. (80% in 2026 and 20% in 2027) Fifth. Application submission deadline: Thirty calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona Sixth. Other information: For the processing of applications, it will be mandatory to provide the documentation detailed in article 6 of the consolidated text of the specific bases mentioned above.
