Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Students who meet the requirements of section 2.2 of article 2 of the regulatory bases and are enrolled in a school in the Baix Empordà may be beneficiaries of travel aid, in any course of the second cycle of early childhood education, primary education, compulsory secondary education and special education, during the 2025-2026 academic year. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is the regulation of the granting of individual financial aid for travel to students enrolled in compulsory education levels and in the second cycle of infant education in public and subsidized private centers in the Baix Empordà region. Third. Regulatory bases Published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) number 241, dated December 18, 2025. Fourth. Amount The amount of the call for the year 2026 is a maximum of €18,481.28 corresponding to budget applications 06 326 48000 and 06 326 48001. The granting of individual financial aid for mandatory travel (sections a and b 2.2 of the regulatory bases of the call) will be made in accordance with article 8 of the Decree 161/1996. In the case of individual aid for non-obligatory travel (section c 2.2 of the regulatory bases of the call), budgetary availability will be taken into account, in accordance with additional provision 1 of Decree 161/1996, of May 14. Fifth. Application processing period The application processing period is from February 9, starting at 9 a.m., until 2 p.m. on February 27, 2026 (both included). Applications submitted after the deadline will be denied by default. Sixth.
