The prizes of the Massanassa Tapa Route contest “Massatapa 2026”

Official description of the call

First. Participants: All hospitality companies and businesses whose establishment is located in the area of ​​Massanassa may participate in the 2026 Tapa Route. The existence of a room space enabled with all the legal requirements for carrying out the activity of a bar or restaurant in which customers can taste tapas will be an essential requirement. Second. Object. The economic promotion of the town of Massanassa through the revitalization of the local hospitality industry. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massanassa City Council, approved by plenary agreement on October 28, 2020 and published in the BOP of Valencia on January 21, 2021. Fourth. Amount. The credit allocated for the financing of this call is 1,096.29 euros, charged to budget application 43113-470 MASSATAPA AWARDS Two categories are established: For participating establishments, prizes for the best tapas: BEST MASSATAPA 2026: €500 SECOND PRIZE MASSATAPA 2026: €300 THIRD MASSATAPA PRIZE 2026: €100 For customers who participate in judging the tapas, 2 cards worth €60 net will be drawn to consume in establishments participating in the campaign. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the contest will be from the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP to March 30, 2026, both inclusive. The request for participation will be formulated by presenting the standardized model approved for this purpose by the Massanassa City Council, in the General Registry of the City Council or electronically through the electronic headquarters. Sixth. Composition of the jury The voting and evaluation of the tapas will be carried out by the clients participating in the tapas route using the leaflets prepared for voting and deposited in the ballot boxes provided in the different participating establishments. Seventh. Evaluation criteria Customers will vote by indicating up to three tapas in order of preference, granting the following scores: 1st – 5 points 2nd – 3 points 3rd – 1 point In the event of a tie, the tapa that has obtained the rating of 5 points the most times will be prioritized. If the tie persists, the top with the highest number of 3-point ratings will prevail. The prize for customers will go to the first two valid flyers extracted during the counting of the votes for the best cover and that contain the three stamps of the establishments and all the data of the beneficiary (name, ID, telephone number and city). Eighth. Tax treatment of the prize By virtue of the provisions of Law 35/2006, on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree No. 439/2007, which approves its Regulations and its subsequent modifications, these prizes are considered capital gains and on them, the Massanassa City Council will in all cases practice the corresponding withholding of the Income Tax of
