By Decree No. 314 dated January 29, 2026, the following has been approved: FIRST. Call for economic social benefits in the area of social services for the financial year 2026. CALL ANNEX In the granting of the economic benefits called, the “Specific bases for the granting of economic benefits in the area of social services published to *BOPV No. 139 on July 21, 2022” will apply. The credit assigned to the financing of this call is €40,000.00 charged to budget item 2310 48002 of the Tavernes de la Valldigna town council. The object, conditions and purpose of granting the aid are those provided for in the bases cited above. The granting of the aid called is carried out through a competitive competition regime. The requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them are those provided in the Second Base; taking into account annex 1 that is reproduced: Annex I. SCORE OF SOCIAL FACTORS: 1.- FAMILY COMPOSITION 1 to 2 cohabitants 1 pt 3 to 4 cohabitants 1.5 pt 5 to 6 cohabitants 2 pt More than 6 cohabitants 2.5 pt 2.- SITUATION OF THE COEXISTING UNIT will be assessed with 2 points for the following situations Single-parent family Separated with dependent children Member with drug addiction Disability functional diversity >33% without pension Psychological/psychiatric problems or serious health problems Minors at risk Family with inmates or former inmates Large family Family with orphaned children under 25 years of age without the right to benefits Victim of gender violence Immigrant in an irregular situation (without a residence permit) Family integrated into family intervention programs (EEIIA, SAD, Day Center, RVI...). 3.- WORK SITUATION - This section will take into account whether the monthly economic income of the family unit comes only from: Unemployed without benefit 5 p Pensioner FAS/LISMI/PNC/Income 5 p Unemployed with benefit 4 p Income not higher than the SMI 4 p Social Security Pension (not higher than the SMI) 3 p Unemployment benefit (not higher than the SMI) 3 p Income higher than the SMI but not above the SMI plus ½ SMI 2 p Income above the SMI plus ½ SMI 0 p 4.- HOUSING SITUATION Rent or mortgage between €300 and €400 2.5 p. Rent or mortgage between €300 and €101 2 p. Rent or mortgage equal to or less than €100 1 p. Housing for which payment is not made (own, assigned, occupied,...) 0 p. 5.- VERY SERIOUS SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES accumulation of various aspects of point 2 5 p. SERIOUS lack of family and social support 3 p. SLIGHT economic aspects, population change, change in family situation. 1 p. Without significant social factors 0p. 6.- ECONOMIC SITUATION. INCOME PER CAPITAL Income per capita less than 50% annual IPREM x12 10 points Income per capita less than 75% annual IPREM x12 8 points Income per capita greater than annual IPREM x12 0 points The maximum score that can be obtained with this scale is 27 points, we consider 15 points as the minimum score to enter the financial aid modules. The competent body for the investigation and resolution of the procedure is the Department responsible for Social Services. The deadline for submitting applications is from the day following the publication of this call until October 31, 2026. The maximum period to resolve the applications and notify the resolution is three months from the day the application is submitted in the City Hall's entry register. The documents and information that must accompany the request are those provided for in the Third Base. Where applicable, possibility of reformulation of requests in accordance with the provisions of article 27 of the Law. The criteria for evaluating the requests are those provided for in the Fourth Base. Notifications will be made by the means provided for in the Common Administrative Procedure Law.
