Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Public utility foundations and associations duly registered and domiciled in Spanish territory may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this call. Therefore, they must: a) Have their tax residence in Spain. b) Be non-profit institutions that have established in their statutes that their purposes meet the purpose of the aid included in article 1 of this order. c) That they have in their assets a collection of 1:1 scale Historical Aircraft of at least four pieces, whether aircraft in flight, operational aircraft on the ground, aircraft in the process of repair or overhaul, or static aircraft on display and that the main or main aircraft models that make up the collection have or have had relevance in Spanish aeronautical history. d) That the collection of 1:1 scale Historical Aircraft be shown to the public for informative or informative purposes, both in person and through a website. e) They must be up to date in compliance with their tax and Social Security obligations included in articles 13, 14 e) and 34.5 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, and in article 22 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17. In general, to be beneficiaries of this subsidy, you may not be subject to any of the circumstances that prohibit obtaining the status of beneficiary included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Second. Object. Granting, on a competitive basis, aid for the preservation and conservation of historical aeronautical heritage, the dissemination of aeronautical culture and training. Third. Regulatory bases. Order TMA/1332/2020, of December 23, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies from the ENAIRE Foundation, F.S.P, intended for the conservation of Spanish Historical Aeronautical Heritage. The total amount of the call will be 168,000.00 euros (one hundred and sixty-eight thousand euros). The distribution of the total amount will be made as follows: a) 97,000.00 euros for the beneficiary who obtains the highest score. b) 54,000.00 euros for the beneficiary who obtains the second best score. c) 12,000.00 euros for the beneficiary who obtains the third best score. d) 5,000.00 euros for the beneficiary who obtains the fourth best score. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 days from the publication of the extract of the call in the BOE. Sixth. Other data. Applications must be submitted electronically through the platform integrated into the FundaciónENAIRE website. https://fundacionenaire.es/activity/convocatoria-anual-subveniones-aeronáuticas-fundación-enaire-2026/ The evaluation criteria for this 2026 call will be the following: a) Technical criteria, which will represent 75% of the total evaluation: Evaluation table published in https://fundacionenaire.es/activity/convocatoria-anualsubveniones-aeronáuticas-fundación-enaire-2026/ The score obtained according to the evaluation table will correspond to the technical or objective criteria, which will account for 75% of the total evaluation. The Assessment Body will weight the four highest scores obtained, for subsequent calculation with respect to the total of 100%, according to the formula published on the website. b) Strategic criteria, which will account for 25% of the total assessment. The Valuation Body will evaluate the proposals, finally, according to strategic criteria, such as taking into consideration the aeronautical and historical value of each collection and the economic effort required by each entity to conserve them, ensuring that there is geographical diversity in the offer to the public of subsidized projects within the national territory, positively valuing the sustainability of the projects, or the commitment to environmental care in the proposals, among others, and will account for 25% of the total evaluation that finally determines the order of distribution. of the aid.
