CALL 2026 Call for aid to promote birth rates and population settlement of the Vimianzo City Council – 2026 annual fee 1. Purpose To call for financial aid for the 2026 financial year to the families of the Vimianzo City Council for the birth, adoption or fostering of minors, for the purpose indicated in the bases. 2. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the approved regulatory bases and the regulations indicated in them will be established. 3. Beneficiaries and requirements The persons defined in base 5 may be beneficiaries, provided they meet the requirements of base 6. 4. Period of the causative event Births, adoptions or foster care that occur between January 1 and December 31, 2026 will be eligible. 5. Amount The amount of aid will be €300.00 for each child. born, adopted or fostered. 6. Budget credit, maximum amount and extension The call will be financed from application 231.48101, for a maximum amount of €7,200.00. The credit may be extended under the conditions provided in base 4. 7. Procedure (non-competitive competition) and credit distribution criteria The procedure will be processed without competitive competition. The granting will be made in order of presentation of the complete applications (date and time of registration), until the credit is exhausted. If the credit is expanded, additional resolutions may be issued in accordance with the new availability. 8. Deadline and submission of applications Deadline: 2 months from the day of birth, adoption or foster care. Instruction, correction and resolution Instructing body: Social Services/Social Welfare. Correction: 10 business days. Competent body for the concession: Local Government Board or delegated body. Competent body for approving the justification: Mayor's Office or delegated body. 11. Justification and payment Payment will be made after justification by invoices/equivalent documents and, where applicable, medical prescription, within 2 months from notification of the concession. In special cases, it may be paid to the supplying establishment in the amounts in base 12. 12. Maximum resolution and silence period Maximum period: 9 months. Silence: dismissive. 13.
