CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS AND THE PROMOTION OF CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR THE YEAR 2026

Official description of the call
First.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of up to a maximum of €7,000 linked to promoting citizen participation as well as the programs and projects carried out by neighborhood associations to involve the population in the organization and implementation of projects that improve the quality of life of the population. Second.- Beneficiaries: Non-profit neighborhood associations that carry out their activities in the municipality of Xàtiva may be beneficiaries. Applications may be submitted as long as: The activities do not have lucrative purposes, or if they obtain benefits, they are reinvested in those that are their own. The scope of action is within the same municipality or outside its limits, in the event that it is considered of interest for the external projection of the city. The activities are open to the general public. Beneficiary associations will have to meet the following requirements: Be legally constituted. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Municipal Associations of Xàtiva. Have its registered office and tax address in the municipality of Xàtiva. Not being subject to any of the assumptions established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Be up to date with your tax obligations. Have justified, where appropriate, the subsidies granted by this City Council in the previous financial year. Not have any administrative sanction. Not for profit. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for associations of Viennese and Viennese and the promotion of citizen participation are available on the transparency portal and on the Municipal Notice Board. https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/ Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of Valencia. Registration can only be done electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Xàtiva City Council: https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/ Cinqué.- Documentation: That indicated in the Fifth clause of the regulatory bases of the call for the granting of subsidies for neighborhood associations and the promotion of citizen participation. Sisé.- Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Mayor of the Xàtiva City Council, without prejudice to the current delegations.
