Beneficiaries: Any natural person who is in a situation of serious need in the terms established in these bases, and also meets the conditions indicated in the following section, and is not affected by the prohibitions of sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the LGS. Purpose: These are aid and/or benefits aimed at individuals or family groups to remedy a seriously deteriorated situation, one of urgent need or with serious specific problems that affect their personal, social and economic autonomy, and that they cannot resolve with their own economic means, in order to achieve their normal human and social development. The maximum total amount allocated to this call therefore amounts to 40,000.00 euros, without prejudice to the possibility of modification, since the initially planned amount may be increased with an additional allocation, and is published in the same terms as the call. The effectiveness of this increase will be conditional on the approval of the corresponding budget modification. The granting of subsidies is subject to the existence of sufficient credit at the time of the resolution and compliance with the requirements established in this call. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Until November 30, 2026 in the General Registry of the City Council, without prejudice to the other forms of presentation provided for in article 38 of Law 30/1992, of November 26. However, on an extraordinary basis, aid applications submitted after that date and before December 31, 2026 may be admitted and processed, provided that the emergence of the need outside the normal application submission period is documented.
