Beneficiary entities Employers and companies may be persons or entities that benefit from the incentives provided for in this order, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons who hire employed persons to provide services in work centers located in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, in accordance with the requirements and conditions established in this order. Special employment centers may also be beneficiaries of the incentives, except for making contracts with people with disabilities, and job placement companies, except for making contracts with people in a situation or risk of social exclusion. Second. Purpose This order aims to establish the regulatory bases and call for the year 2026 the aid established by the Department of Employment, Commerce and Emigration that favors the hiring of unemployed people in ordinary companies and in non-profit entities, especially those that have greater difficulties in finding work. The order regulates the Galicia Suma Talento: Empléate program (procedure code TR342C), of incentives for the hiring of vulnerable groups included in article 24.1.a), through a line of incentives for hiring as employees whose particularities are included in this order, and which includes four types of aid: a) Incentives for the initial indefinite hiring of unemployed people. b) Incentives to increase the working hours of permanent contracts, from part-time to full-time. c) Incentives to increase the annual duration of fixed-discontinuous contracts to a minimum of 9 months. d) Aid for adapting jobs for people with disabilities. e) Transformation of training contracts subsidized under the First Professional Experience Program (TR353C) into permanent contracts. Third. Regulatory bases Order of December 29, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Galicia Suma Talento: Empléate program, of incentives for hiring in ordinary companies, and proceeds to call for applications for the year 2026 (procedure code TR342C). Room. Amount Nineteen million seven hundred thousand euros (€19,700,000) are allocated to grant this aid, distributed as follows: - Young people: €4,000,000. - Women victims of gender violence and/or victims of human trafficking, and women with sons and daughters under 3 years of age, long-term unemployed or inactive in the last 3 years: €2,500,000. - Women in masculinized occupations: €1,200,000. - Long-term unemployed people and/or people aged 52 or over: €3,000,000. - Returned and foreign emigrants: €3,000,000. - People with disabilities and/or at risk or in a situation of social exclusion: €3,000,000. - Unemployed people who in the last 2 years have completed AFD actions, employment workshops or Integrated employment programs: €1,500,000. - Unemployed people who have developed training contracts under the First Professional Experience Program in the last 2 years: €1,000,000. - For all of the above groups, if the beneficiary entity is a non-profit entity: €500,000. Deadline for submitting applications The general deadline for submitting applications for the aid established in this order will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the fifth business day following the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Galicia, and will end at 8:00 p.m. on September 30, 2026.
