CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF FINANCIAL AID IN THE CARNIVAL FESTIVAL FRAMEWORK. 2026

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidy Law, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First: Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities or associations that simultaneously meet the following requirements may submit an application for financial aid: a) They are legally constituted. b) That they are registered in the General Registry of legal entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia, or in the Registry of sports entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia or in the National Registry of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior or in the Registry of the Ministry of Justice or any other official public registry. c) That they are registered and have the corresponding data updated in the Municipal Registry of Associations, in the event that the registered office is located in Barberá del Vallés. d) That they carry out their program of activities in this city and that the citizens of Barberá del Vallés be the beneficiaries of the same. e) That they do not have pending justification or debts from agreements from previous years with the city council of Barberá del Vallés. f) That the entity proves (annex 4 - responsible declaration) that it has never been subject to final administrative sanctions or final condemnatory sentences against Law 17/2015, of July 21, on effective equality between women and men. That are not included in any of the circumstances of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Second: Object. Articulate the granting of financial aid to non-profit entities and associations that participate, in the Municipality of Barberá del Vallés, in the festive framework of Carnival 2026. The conditions are those established in the specific regulatory bases approved by the Plenary of the City Council on October 25, 2017. Third: Specific regulatory bases: The full text of the specific regulatory bases, as well as the documents to be presented, can be consulted at the page http://www.bdv.cat/es/ayudas-economicas-entidades-y-asociaciones-culturales of the Barberá del Vallés City Council. Fourth: Amount. The amount of the subsidies will be the corresponding amount of dividing the total of the maximum amount of the approved subsidy (6,500.00 euros) by the total number of applications submitted within the deadline that meet the established criteria, establishing as a maximum limit per entity an aid of 600.00 euros. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will end after 10 calendar days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province by the National Subsidies Database, administered by the General Intervention of the State Administration.
