Base 1 OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANT OF THE GRANT. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of an unnamed subsidy to students who have completed their pre-school and/or primary school studies in the Sahún unit of the Alta Ribagorza Rural Grouped School (CRA) in the 2025-2026 academic year and are users of the school cafeteria. The purpose of this subsidy is to cover part of the expenses borne by the school cafeteria service, for the 2025-2026 school year Base 2 REQUIREMENTS TO BE A BENEFICIARY OF THE SUBSIDY AND DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED Students may apply for the subsidy regulated in these bases: They complete their pre-school and/or primary studies, in the Sahún unit, of the Alta Ribagorza Rural Grouped School (CRA), in the 2025-2026 academic year. Be users of the school cafeteria, in the 2025-2026 academic year. They are not beneficiaries of other aid or subsidies for the same concept. The application will be submitted through the father/mother/legal guardian. The documentation that must be presented will be the following: Instance on official model (Annex 1), duly completed and signed. Certificate issued by the Management of the CRA Alta Ribagorza, stating that the student is enrolled in the Sahún Unit, CRA Alta Ribagorza. Certificate issued by the Management of the CRA Alta Ribagorza, stating that the student uses the School Canteen. Proof of payment of the school canteen receipts or certificate issued by the CRA Alta Ribagorza Management, stating that the receipts issued for this concept have been paid. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication in the BOPH of these Rules, and will end on July 20, 2026. Applications may be submitted in person at the municipal offices, by electronic office or in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure (as successive LRJAPPAC), using the standardized model, which will be signed by the interested party or by the legal representative. The submission of the subsidy application presupposes knowledge and acceptance of the rules that regulate it. Base 3 AMOUNT OF THE SUBSIDY AND BUDGETARY CREDIT TO WHICH THE SUBSIDY IS IMPUTED. The subsidy is set at 80% of the expenses incurred by the students' dining service, during the 2025-2026 school year, with a maximum global limit of 4,403.20 euros for the entire subsidy. If it is insufficient, the service users must cover the expense. The maximum individual subsidy will reach a maximum of 80% of the expense borne by the school cafeteria service. Subsidies may not be awarded for an amount greater than that mentioned. The expense derived from said subsidy, for the year 2026, will be allocated to item 3260.48000 of the Expense Budget for the current year, which has sufficient credit. Base 4 METHODS OF PAYMENT OF THE SUBSIDY No advance payments or credits on account will be made. The Sahún City Council will pay the subsidy to the beneficiaries once the corresponding agreement has been resolved and published on the Notice Board. Base 5TH TERM AND PLACE FOR PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication in the BOPH of these Rules, and will end on JULY 20, 2026. Applications may be submitted in person at the municipal offices, by electronic office or in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure (in what successive LRJAPPAC), using the standardized model, which will be signed by the interested party or by the legal representative. The submission of the subsidy application presupposes knowledge and acceptance of the rules that regulate it. Base 6 BUDGET CREDIT TO WHICH THE SUBSIDY IS IMPUTED. The expense derived from said subsidy will be allocated to item 3260.4800 of the current Expense Budget, which has sufficient credit. Base 7 COMPATIBILITY This subsidy will not be compatible with other subsidies, aid and income, obtained for the same purpose, from other administrations or public or private entities.
