Official description of the call
OBJECT. By means of a plenary agreement of February 3, 2023, the REGULATORY BASES OF AID FOR TAXI TRANSPORTATION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND REDUCED MOBILITY were approved, being published in the Salamanca BOP No. 38 of February 24, 2023. Under these bases, the purpose of this call is to grant financial aid for taxi transportation in the year 2026, which allows beneficiaries to use the adapted taxi service of the municipality of Salamanca for their trips. The enjoyment of this subsidy will be compatible with any other mobility aid or subsidy. BUDGETARY ALLOCATION. This call will have a budget allocation for the year 2025 of 38,000 euros in budget application 23193-48900 of the municipal budget, having made the corresponding withholding of credit No. 255-20026 for that amount. REQUIREMENTS OF THE BENEFICIARIES. Individuals with disabilities and reduced mobility who meet the following requirements may apply for the benefits of this program: Be registered in the Municipality of Salamanca and/or reside in the C.R.M.F. (Recovery Center for People with Physical Disabilities) on a boarding basis. Have the legal status of a person with a disability (to a degree equal to or greater than 33%) and reduced mobility that prevents the use of collective public transport. Not exceed an annual per capita income greater than twice the Multiple Effects Public Income Indicator (IPREM) in force in the previous year. Not being unable to travel outside of their habitual residence because their health or other causes prevent them from doing so. Not having a car or an adapted car or, if you have one, not using it for duly justified reasons. Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Salamanca City Council, the Public Treasury and Social Security. In this sense, interested parties may provide the corresponding certifications from these entities or authorize the Social Welfare Area to consult data and request the relevant certificates from both the General Treasury of Social Security and the Tax Agency. Those persons who meet any of the prohibitions established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies may not have the status of beneficiary. APPLICATIONS: FORM, PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION. Applications will conform to the standardized model established in this call, and will be submitted duly completed and signed. It can also be downloaded on the following website: Application for help for taxi transportation for people with disabilities and reduced mobility - Ayto Salamanca The application, together with the necessary documents, will be presented to the General Registry of the Salamanca City Council or in any of the forms provided for in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. They may also be submitted electronically, as provided in art. 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The documents must be presented in the electronic registry of the electronic headquarters of the Salamanca City Council. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the day following the publication of the call, through the National Subsidies Database, in the Official Gazette of the Province, and until October 31, 2026. Documents that applicants must provide: ANNEX I: Standardized application for aid, which contains: Responsible declaration of the applicant (or their legal representative) regarding knowledge of the call and its bases, compliance with its requirements and its acceptance in the terms provided for in article 69.1 and 28.7 of Law 39/2015. Authorization to consult data from other administrations. In the event that they have NOT authorized the Salamanca City Council to consult data, they must submit the complete copy of the individual and/or joint declaration of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF) relating to the last tax period with the deadline for filing, or certificates of imputations issued by the State Admi Agency.
