BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. The aid corresponding to Intervention 7202.06, Advice for young farmers, provided for in the Order of April 8, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases applicable to non-GISC Rural Development Interventions of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime of the Strategic Policy Plan, is called for the year 2026. Common Agrarian 2023-2027 (Interventions 7202.02, 7202.05, 7202.06 and 7202.07) and modifies the Order of October 21, 2019, relating to the procedure for the authorization of entities for the electronic presentation and processing of applications for all types of subsidies and aid, modified by the Order of September 5, 2024. 2. The subsidies are co-financed by the European Union, which participates 85% through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and 15% by the General Administration of the State and the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, with the granting of these subsidies conditional on existing budgetary availability. The budget item for the 2026 annuity to which the aid corresponding to this call will be allocated, as well as the maximum amount allocated to the aid, will be as follows: BUDGET ITEM ANNUITY AMOUNT 1200110000 G/71B/78201/00 C4720206A3 2024001218 2026 2,500,000.00 euros Second. Beneficiaries. Professional agricultural organizations of Andalusian scope and general nature established and recognized under Law 19/1977, of April 1, on the regulation of the right of union association, which have among their statutory purposes the defense of the general interests of agriculture, as well as agricultural cooperative organizations of Andalusian scope and general nature, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Third. Object. These subsidies will be aimed at supporting the provision of an impartial advisory service to a young person who wishes to settle for the first time on an agricultural holding, in matters related to Intervention 7202.06 Advice for young farmers, of the Strategic Plan of the CAP of Spain 2023-2027. To be eligible, the advice will be provided to a young person who meets the eligibility requirements of Intervention 6961 "establishment of young farmers" of the PEPAC, and who submits an application for aid called by the Resolution of October 3, 2024, of the General Directorate of Agricultural and Livestock Production, by which aid is called for the financial year 2024 to promote the establishment of young farmers (Intervention 6961.1 young farmers establishment). Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of April 8, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases applicable to non-GISC Rural Development Interventions of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy 2023-2027 (Interventions 7202.02, 7202.05, 7202.06 and 7202.07) and modifies the Order of October 21, 2019, relating to the procedure for the authorization of entities for the electronic presentation and processing of applications for all types of subsidies and aid. The unit cost of the advisory service referred to in section 5 of the summary table of the Order of April 8, 2024, is established at 963.50 euros. 2.
