Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Student associations legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Student Associations of the UCLM and duly registered associations of former students (Alumni) of the UCLM may apply for this call. The purpose of associations must be to participate in university life, respecting democratic norms and university coexistence. Those entities that have not justified amounts received in previous calls may not be beneficiaries. Second. Object. Financial funds are provided to finance the expenses derived from the organization of activities aimed at promoting student participation in the UCLM and the development of associations directly related to university education, as well as activities of a scientific, solidarity and training nature carried out by the indicated associations. Current expenses derived from activities that are directly and unquestionably related to the activity that is the subject of the subsidy will be eligible (Organization of conferences, contests or training, scientific and solidarity activities on the UCLM campuses; Activities that promote the link between graduates and the university), which are strictly necessary for their execution and are carried out during the established execution period. Eligible expenses will be: speakers, lecturers and dissemination material; consumable material directly linked to the activity; trips and stays that are necessary to carry out the activity and that are duly justified. Communications, presentations, publications of articles, etc. The subject of the applications must be published and, where appropriate, held during the period between the date of signing the call and November 20. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 20,000 euros. The maximum amount that can be granted per request will be 2,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will remain open from the day the call is signed until February 28, 2026.
