Call and specific bases for the award of subsidies for the operation of the sports clubs of Oiartzun in 2026. The summary of the call for the award of subsidies for the operation of the sports entities of Oiartzun in 2026 is published, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2008, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The full text can be consulted on the Oiartzun City Council website (www.oiartzun.eus) and in the National Subsidies Database: (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this Resolution is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies through the competitive competition procedure for the operation of the Oiartzun Sports Entities for 2026. Second. Conditions to apply for the subsidy. Local sports agents who are not subject to any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies and meet the characteristics indicated in article 4 of the Ordinance for the granting of subsidies of the Oiartzun City Council may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Third. Amount of subsidies. For the award of this subsidy, 60,000.00 euros have been allocated, on account of item number 1 0352.481.341.00.02 2026 of the Oiartzun City Council budget for 2026. Fourth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be addressed to the convening body, and must be signed by the applicant or whoever represents him or her. The application must be submitted duly completed electronically within 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Likewise, applications may also be submitted through any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
