Gender Impact: Null Purpose: Education First.- Object, conditions and purpose The object is the call for aid for elite athletes from La Pobla de Farnals for the 2025/26 course, from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. The conditions will be governed by compliance with the requirements established in the Bases. The purpose is to contribute to the promotion of sports practice and their participation in the various official sports competitions in which athletes are involved, helping to defray part of the expenses they cause, contributing to the reconciliation between studies or professional non-sports work with high-level sports activity. Second.- Ordinary concession procedure under competitive competition Third.- Expenditure authorization Maximum amount of €2,000 charged to budget application 3260.48101: “Elite sports subsidies” In application of article 58.2 of the RGLS, an additional amount may be used without the need for a new call, for a maximum amount equivalent to the credit available in the legal link of expenditure area 3 of the Chapter 4 because there are surpluses in the calls for other aid as it has been resolved for an amount lower than the expense initially planned for them, or because the credit of the legal connection has been increased. The effectiveness of such additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the corresponding credit. Once the processing of this call has been completed and the aid has been granted, the authorization and retention of excess credit in the budget application will be cancelled, so that it can be used by linking in other subsidies, in application of the aforementioned article 58.2 RGLS. Fourth.- Beneficiaries Elite athletes registered in the municipality of La Pobla de Farnals who practice official sports competitions during the corresponding sports season: from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Fifth.- Requirements Those established in section 4 of the Bases. Sixth.- Amount The amount of each individualized aid will be a maximum per applicant: Level Amount High Competition €600 Promotion €500 However, the amount of the aid, added to the other aid that, if applicable, the student may receive for the same purpose, may not be of such an amount that it exceeds the cost of acquiring material. Seventh.- Applications In order to prove compliance with the requirements, applications will be submitted in the standardized form provided by the La Pobla de Farnals City Council along with the documentation required in the sixth section of the Rules. Eighth.- Submission period 10 business days counted from the day following the day in which the publication of the call takes place in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Ninth.- Form of presentation By any of the means contemplated in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Tenth.- Evaluation criteria According to section 6 of the Bases. The ordering criterion for granting applications is the lowest income of the family unit. Eleventh.- Bodies compete
