Official description of the call

FIRST. Beneficiaries 1. Possess Spanish nationality, from one of the Member States of the European Union or from a State Party to the agreement on the European Socioeconomic Area. 2. Natural persons enrolled in official higher education studies within the territory of the Valencian Community and who carry out their official studies and/or training practices in person abroad within the framework of the Erasmus programs or other international programs in the 2025/2026 academic year. 2.a. In the case of students who request mobility aid in the national SICUE/SÉNECA program, in addition to what is established in section 3.1., they will have to be enrolled in a minimum of 75% of the credits of the current academic year. 3. Only natural persons residing in the municipality of Algemesí who have a maximum age of 30 years and who are registered in the municipal registry of inhabitants as of 01/01/2025 can be beneficiaries of the scholarship. 4. Be accredited as a SICUE/SÉNECA, Erasmus or other international programs scholarship holder for the 2025/2026 academic year. SECOND. Purpose The purpose of these regulatory bases is the award of complementary aid to students and higher graduates from the municipality who travel outside Spanish territory within the framework of the Erasmus programs or other international programs in the 2025/2026 academic year. Amount The total amount that the Algemesí City Council will allocate to these scholarships for the 2025/2026 school year will be 15,000 euros charged to budget item 320-48102. ERASMUS MOBILITY PROGRAMS OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS The individual amount of each international scholarship will be 75 euros per month per beneficiary and the total to be received will depend on the months of stay that have elapsed in the aforementioned program, with a maximum of 300 euros per student.
