Subsidies for school activities for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Official description of the call

First. Purpose: The purpose of these subsidies is to stimulate the implementation of educational activities throughout the 2025-2026 academic year that have any of the following purposes: -Encourage the participation of the different levels of the educational community (families, teachers and students). -Facilitate the treatment of cross-cutting issues. -Stimulate the introduction of educational innovations. -Response to the existing diversity in the center. -Promote environmental sustainability, both in the center and in the population. Likewise, it is the object of these bases to define the set of conditions and the procedure that must be followed for the application, obtaining, justification and collection of these subsidies for educational activities. Second. Beneficiaries: The school councils of the Early Childhood, Primary, Special, Secondary or Adult Education centers of Alzira, under public, subsidized private and municipal regimes, may benefit from this call and be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated therein, to carry out specific educational activities in relation to the objectives of the Educational Project of each center. The people who organize the activities may be both teachers and parent or student associations. The Alzira Student Family Association Coordinator (AFA Alzira Coordinator) may also benefit from this call and be a beneficiary of the subsidies contemplated therein to carry out educational activities related to the purposes established in this call. Those entities that are in any of the situations of prohibition of holding such condition established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Alzira City Council, in the session held on January 29, 2020, has definitively approved the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alzira City Council, which contains the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies by this City Council, and the full text of the same has been published in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia No. 29, dated February 12, 2020. Fourth. Period for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia Fifth.- Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: The maximum total amount of the subsidies called will be 30,000 euros, charged to the budget application 3261 48500 “Subsidies for school activities”, from the Budget of the City Council of Alzira for the year 2026. (RC no. 2.2026.1.00136), with the indicative distribution of this amount to be distributed according to the following categories: -Preschool schools……………………………………………………………€3,000 -Preschool and Primary Education Centers and special education…………. €16,500 -Secondary Centers, Adult Education ………..……………..... €10,500 Sixth.- Documentation: Subsidy applications will contain the following documentation: -Instance signed by the legal representative of the applicant entity, in accordance with the official model that appears as Annex I. -Project of the activity in which the: -Title of the project will be specified. -Responsible or responsible. -Justification. -Goals. -Activities. -Timing. -Necessary human and material resources. -Detailed budget. -Assessment. -Possibility of continuity of activity. -With the project, a certificate of agreement from the School Council of the participating center or centers will have to be presented, in which it is approved to carry out the activity and request help. A certificate of agreement from the teaching staff, the board of directors of the parents' association or the student association will also be presented, depending on who is to carry out the project. In the case of the Coordinator of Alzira Student Family Associations, a certificate of the agreement of the board of directors must be presented along with the project. Each school council and the Coordinator of Alzira Student Family Associations may present a maximum of two activity projects to be subsidized.
