Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Huesca https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/ First. Beneficiaries The Town Councils of the Province of Huesca that have a Local Police Corps and meet all the requirements demanded in this call may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to contribute to improving the facilities, vehicle fleet and equipment of the Local Police of the municipalities of the province. Third. Regulatory bases The current General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huesca. Room. Amount The total amount of this call amounts to €80,000, which will be allocated to budget application 71.1320.762000 for the year 2026 (R.C. 2026.2.0004820.000) Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information Minimum documentation to present in the subsidy application (see call): - Model S1. Grant application. - Model S2. Income and expense budget. - Model S3. Explanatory report of the project. - Model S4. Certification issued by the Secretary-Comptroller/Comptroller of the entity, with the V.º B.º of its Mayor/President, which certifies that it is up to date with its obligations with the Chamber of Accounts of Aragon and compliance with the rest of the requirements contained in art. 9.c) of Law 5/2015, of March 25, on Aragon Subsidies. - Annex I. Certificate issued by the Secretariat of the local entity regarding the general budget of the City Council for the current year; number of members of the Local Police Corps, understood as the number of positions in the staff as of January 1, 2026; and population of the municipality as of January 1, 2025, according to official data from the National Institute of Statistics. - Certificate from the Treasury Delegation certifying that it is up to date with compliance with tax obligations, unless it is already in the possession of the Provincial Council, is valid and is indicated in the application. Said certificate may be replaced by an express authorization, through the application form (Model S1), so that the Provincial Council can obtain it through telematic means. - Certificate from the General Treasury of Social Security proving that it is up to date with its obligations, unless it is already in the possession of the Provincial Council, is valid and is indicated in the application.
