First. Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons who acquire a business or activity that is transferred or sold due to the retirement of the owner or cessation of the activity in the period between 01/01/2026 and 09/30/2026 may be beneficiaries of this aid, in all municipalities of the province of Huesca, except the capital. The transferred businesses must have started their activity before January 1, 2021 and, in addition, they will have to meet one of these two conditions: a) They are in operation at the time of the transfer. b) That have ceased their activity after January 1, 2025. Second. Purpose The granting of subsidies to natural or legal persons to support and defray the operating or investment expenses of the activity or the space in which it is located, typical of the generational change, in municipalities of the province, except the capital.
