First. Access requirements: Those approved in Law 14/2022 on the Basque Income Guarantee System and for Inclusion, in Decree 4/2011 of January 18 on Social Emergency Aid in its articles 1 and 5 and with the specificities that emerge from Decree 16/2017 of January 17 modifying the Decree on social emergency aid and the Order of Amounts for 2025. Approval of a new Social Emergency Aid Decree is expected as well as a new Order of amounts for 2026. Both regulations will be those that establish the access requirements from their respective publication dates. Second. Purpose Approval of the Municipal Criteria for action in the Granting of Social Emergency Aid (AES), as well as the amounts corresponding to each concept in the year 2026. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated February 17, 2026.
