First. Beneficiaries. People who meet the requirements established in article 4 of Order 40/2024, of March 25, of the Ministry of Social Welfare, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Castilla-La Mancha Thermalism Program, and in this call, may participate in the Thermalism Program. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to convene the Castilla-La Mancha Thermalism Program for the year 2026, in order to grant aid in kind through the simplified competition procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned order. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 40/2024, of March 25, 2024, of the Ministry of Social Welfare, establishes the regulatory bases of the Castilla-La Mancha Thermalism Program (DOCM no. 62 of March 27, 2024). Room. Financing. 1. The amount of aid in kind referred to in this call is 1,143,824.00 euros, which will be paid directly to the company or companies that are awarded the contract called for this purpose and will be financed from the budget application 27.04.313D 48135, included in the General Budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha for the fiscal year 2026 and to the PEP element JCCM/0000026121. 2. The individual amount of this aid in kind will be €134.00 euros (VAT included) for each beneficiary person. Fifth. Application, place and deadline for submission. 1. Requests will be directed to the head of the General Directorate of Seniors. 2. The application, according to the standardized model that will be available at the electronic headquarters of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, at the following address: http://www.jccm.es, may be presented at the Department of Social Welfare, in the provincial delegations of said Department or in the other places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations. Only one application may be submitted, in which, where appropriate, the interested person may request all the spas listed in Annex I, prioritizing them according to their preferences. The places will be allocated according to said prioritization based on the availability of places in the spas.
