Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Associations of rural neighborhoods - Apiés, Fornillos, Cuarte, Banariés, Huerrios, Bellestar del Flumen, Tabernas del Isuela and Buñales - legally constituted, duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies for carrying out activities and/or celebrating the Patron Saint Festivals of the Rural Neighborhoods (Incorporated Municipalities) of Huesca during the year 2026, through a Simplified Procedure. It is included in strategic line 4 of the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the City of Huesca 2025/2028. Third. Regulatory bases: This call is made in accordance with the provisions of the General Ordinance by which the Regulatory Bases are approved for the granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Huesca and its dependent entities published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, No. 239. December 19, 2017. Fourth. Amount: The maximum budget credit for these subsidies is 8,000 euros (Eight thousand euros) attributable to item 15 41400 4800 Incorporated municipalities. Other Transfers, from the City Council's budget for the financial year 2026. The amount will be distributed equally between the Associations, with a maximum of 80% of the eligible activity. Fifth. Submission period: The call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, on the Notice Board of the Huesca City Council and on the municipal website (www.huesca.es). The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days - from Monday to Friday - counted from the publication of the extract of the call in the National Database and the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted for processing. Applications will be submitted to the municipal ELECTRONIC OFFICE or to any of the organizations established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (art. 16).
