Official description of the call
Beneficiaries: Teaching and research staff (PDI) of the ULE, predoctoral and postdoctoral research staff, technical specialists and scholarship holders linked to research projects, as long as they are in active service and meet the specific requirements. The members of the different ethics committees of The ULE (Ethics and Scientific Integrity Committee, Animal Experimentation Ethics Committee and Biosafety Committee). Purpose: Promote the dissemination of the research activity of the University of León (ULE) and contribute to the training and updating of its researchers through grants for participation in conferences, specialization courses and short stays in national and international research centers. Amount of aid: Congresses and courses: up to €370 (national) / €577 (international) / €900 (non-European), depending on distance and type of event. Short-term stays: up to €250 (international) / €150 (domestic) per week, with travel expenses covered. Incompatibilities: Those who are already receiving another aid for the same activity (e.g. Erasmus+) will not be able to benefit from this aid. Application: Exclusively online, through the UXXI: Research program. The deadline to submit applications is from February 23, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Documentation: Invoices for expenses, proof of participation in the event, and, where appropriate, reports from the hierarchical superior that prove the action carried out. Resolution period: Monthly, until available funds are exhausted. Advances: 50% of the aid may be advanced for events exceeding €300, with presentation of supporting documents.
