Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: 1. Trade union organizations with representation in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that do not have the legal status of more representative will be beneficiaries of this aid. 2. The status of a trade union organization that does not hold the status of the most representative in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria will be accredited by means of an accreditation certificate issued by the Public Office in charge of registering election minutes for the appointment of workers' representatives, of the General Directorate of Labour, Social Economy and Self-Employment, whose mandates were in force on December 31, 2025. 3. In no case may those who are in any of the organizations acquire the status of beneficiaries. of the circumstances referred to in points 2 and 3 of article 12 of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this order is to approve the call for the year 2026 for subsidies intended to finance current expenses incurred by trade union organizations with representation in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that do not have the legal status of more representative, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, in actions aimed at promoting and disseminating trade union action and social dialogue. Third. Regulatory Bases Order EPS/7/2021, of March 26, 2021. (Official Gazette of Cantabria No. 65, of April 7, 2021). Room. Amount and destination of aid. 1. The call will be financed from application 12.04.494M.484 of the budgetary credits included in the Law of Cantabria 2/2024, of December 23, on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2025, extended for the year 2026, for a maximum amount of 72,100 euros, in compliance with the Decree 92/2025, of December 23, which determines the conditions to which the extension of the budget of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for 2025 in the financial year 2026 must comply. 2. They will be intended to finance current expenses incurred by trade union organizations with representation in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that do not have the legal status of more representative. Fifth. Presentation deadline. 1. Applications must be submitted within ten business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. 2. Subsidy applications, accompanied by the required documentation, will be submitted electronically, through the General Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in the terms established by Decree 60/2018, of July 12, which regulates the legal regime of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria in the use of electronic means in its administrative activity and its relations with citizens, at the electronic address https://sede.cantabria.es/. The electronic certificate with which the submitted documentation is signed must correspond to the person who holds the legal representation of the requesting entity. They will be presented in a standardized model, according to the Annex to this call (Annex I) and which will be available on the website of the General Directorate of Labor, Social Economy and Self-Employment (https://dgte.cantabria.es). Sixth. Other information: 1. The amount of the subsidies to be granted will be determined in proportion to the results obtained in the elections of staff delegates and members of the works committees or the corresponding bodies of the Public Administrations held in Cantabria, counting for these purposes the representatives whose mandates were valid as of December 31, 2025, according to the accreditation certification issued by the Public Office in charge of registering election minutes for the appointment of representatives of the workers, of the General Directorate of Labor, Social Economy and Self-Employment. The Labor Policy Unit of the General Directorate of Labour, Social Economy and Self-Employment, in view of the file and the result of the proration carried out in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, will formulate the proposed resolution, which must express the list of applicants for whom the granting of the subsidy is proposed.
