Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.Eres/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiary persons -The direct payments indicated in number 1 of article 2 of this order will only be granted to those applicants who meet the requirements of active farmer and agricultural activity. -Payments to areas with natural limitations and other specific limitations of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 (Intervention 6613), of the aid of Subintervention 6613.1: IU premium ZLN, collected in Chapter II of Title III of this order will only be granted to those applicants who meet the requirements of active and non-multiactive farmers. -The payment of aid related to the agri-environmental and climate interventions of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 included in Chapter III of Title III of this order will only be granted to farmers who voluntarily commit to carry out operations consisting of one or more agri-environmental and climate commitments on the agricultural area of ​​their holding, and will compensate for the additional costs and loss of income as a result of the commitments made. -Payments of forestry aid from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain for the period 2023-2027 indicated in Chapter IV of Title III of this order will only be granted: •In the case of Subintervention 6502.2 of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027: Forestation maintenance commitments, to the people who have been granted the forestation maintenance commitment under the Order of December 20, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases and calls for the maintenance commitments for afforestations for the year 2025, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy of Spain for the period 2023-2027. •In the case of Subinterventions 65021.05 and 65021.06 of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027: Commitments to maintain the Certification of ecosystem services, to the people who have been granted the commitment to maintain certification of ecosystem services under the Order of December 27, 2024 establishing the regulatory bases of the aid related to forestry commitments for the management of ecosystem services, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy of Spain for the period 2023-2027, and is called for the year 2025. Second. Purpose This order aims to regulate, in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, direct aid and aid to rural development subject to the integrated management and control system (SIGC) indicated in article 2 of the Strategic Plan for the CAP of Spain 2023-2027 (PEPAC), and to call for: –Direct aid to agriculture and livestock of the Strategic Plan of the CAP of Spain 2023-2027 (PEPAC), financed with the European Agricultural Agrarian Guarantee Fund (EAGF), annuality 2026: Basic income support for sustainability. Complementary redistributive aid to income for sustainability. Supplementary income aid for young farmers. Regimes in favor of climate, environment and animal welfare (ecoregimes) in accordance with the following practices: –Extensive grazing. –Islands of biodiversity on grassland or sustainable mowing surfaces. –Crop rotation with improving species. –Direct sowing. –Spontaneous or sown vegetal cover. –Inert cover. –Establishment of biodiversity islands. Associated aid: –Associated aid for extensive beef cattle farmers. –Associated aid for fattening calves on the birth farm. –Associated aid for the sustainable fattening of calves. –Associated aid for the sustainable production of cow's milk. –Associated aid for extensive and semi-extensive meat sheep and goat farmers. –Associated aid for the sustainable production of sheep and goat milk. –Associated aid for extensive sheep and goat farmers without pastures, which
