Official description of the call

First. Participants: Natural persons of legal age who legally reside in Spanish territory may participate. Second. Object. “Procedure for granting a prize in the cultural contest for the design of the cover of the Revista festiva i literària La Terreta 2026.” Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massanassa City Council, approved by plenary agreement on October 28, 2020 and published in the BOP of Valencia on January 21, 2021. Fourth. Amount. The credit assigned for the financing of this call is 800 euros, charged to the budget application 33806-480 CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AWARDS of the current budget of the Massanassa City Council. A single prize of 800 Euros is established. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting works will be 20 calendar days from the publication in the BOP of the extract of this call. Sixth. Composition of the jury The Qualifying Jury will be made up of the Citizen Services Information Commission of the Massanassa City Council and its decision will be binding. Seventh. Evaluation criteria The evaluation of the works will be made taking into account the characteristics established in this call, their artistic design, their accommodation to traditions and their ability to promote the FESTIVALS OF SAN JUAN IN HONOR OF THE STMO. CHRIST OF LIFE, MASSANASSA JUNE 2026. Eighth. Tax treatment of the prize By virtue of the provisions of Law 35/2006, on the Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree No. 439/2007, which approves its Regulations and its subsequent modifications, these prizes are considered capital gains and on them, the Massanassa City Council will in all cases carry out the corresponding withholding of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF).
