Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiary Persons Those individuals who hold the status of parent or adopter of a minor person born or adopted between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026 will be in the specific situation determining the granting of the Baby Check aid. In the event of the death of both parents or adopters or the survival of one of them who has been removed from the care and custody of the deceased, it will be understood that he/she is found In the determining situation of the granting of aid, that person who, by court ruling, has been assigned the care and custody of the deceased minor. In addition to being in the situation described in the previous paragraph, in order to request aid and be a beneficiary of it, the applicant must meet, on the date of submission of the application, each and every one of the following requirements: Have an administrative neighborhood in the municipality of Córdoba. Have been registered in the municipality of Córdoba since at least January 1, 2025. The son or daughter who is the cause of the aid must be registered at the same address as the applicant or, failing that, said registration must have been requested prior to submitting the application for Check-Baby aid. This requirement will be accredited by providing a certificate of collective historical registration of the parent or adopter in which the deceased child appears at the same address or, if the minor is not yet registered in the municipal register, a copy of the application for registration of the deceased child at the same address as the person requesting aid. Not being in any of the cases of prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies contemplated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, with the exception of the circumstances provided for in letters e) and g) of section 2 of said precept. In any case, with respect to the same deceased, only one of the two parents or adopters may benefit from the aid, either in their own name or as a representative of the cohabitation unit. Therefore, a person responsible may only give the right to receive a single Baby Check aid, and the application submitted with respect to a minor that has already given rise to the granting of said aid will be inadmissible. In addition to the people who meet any of the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, those who have been totally deprived of parental authority or custody of their deceased children, or whose guardianship of the minor has been assumed by a public institution, may not acquire the status of beneficiaries of the aid regulated in these Bases.
