Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiary Persons Those individuals who hold the status of parent or adopter of a minor person born or adopted between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026 will be in the specific situation determining the granting of the Baby Check aid. In the event of the death of both parents or adopters or the survival of one of them who has been removed from the care and custody of the deceased, it will be understood that he/she is found In the determining situation of the granting of aid, that person who, by court ruling, has been assigned the care and custody of the deceased minor.
