Consell Comarcal de la Terra Alta ANNOUNCEMENT Call for the granting of subsidies for the organization of sociocultural activities of general interest and others related to education corresponding to the year of 2026. By Presidential Decree number 73, of February 13, 2026, the call for the granting of subsidies for the organization of sociocultural activities for the year of 2026 was approved. This will be governed by the bases approved by the Governing Board of 03/16/2023 and published in the BOPT dated 04/11/2023, and by the modification published in the BOPT dated 05/30/2024. Applications may be submitted, in a standardized form, to the Terra Alta Regional Council from the day following the publication of the call in the BOPT until October 15, 2026. This document and the necessary information can be obtained at the offices of the Terra Alta Regional Council and on the Regional Council's website: http://terra-alta.cat/arees/dinamitzacio-social/cultura/ajuts/ Against this agreement, which is final through administrative means, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed prior to the administrative litigation before the same authority that adopted the resolution within a period of one month or an administrative contentious appeal may be filed before the Administrative Litigation Courts within a period of two months, starting from the day following the date of its publication, without prejudice to the interested parties being able to file any other appeal that they deem appropriate.
