ANNOUNCEMENT Approved by Decree of the Delegate Councilor for Commerce No. 2026-0511 of 02/16/2026 the regulatory bases of the activity “XII Route of the Tapa and the Cártama Cocktail”, rectified by Decree No. 2026-0594 of 02/20/2026, the text is published in full with the rectification, for further clarification, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. “REGULATORY RULES OF THE XII CÁRTAMA TAPA AND COCKTAIL ROUTE CONTEST CALL.- The purpose of these rules is the call for the “XII Cártama Tapa and Cocktail Route” promoted by the Cártama City Council in collaboration with the Hospitality and Restaurant Businesses of the Municipality with the intention of promoting the culture of tapas, giving visibility to products of the land and disseminate our culinary and gastronomic fusion trends. The campaign that will take place from June 10 to 14, 2026, both inclusive. LEGAL REGIME.- This call will be governed, in all applicable aspects, by General Ordinance No. 16 regulating the granting of subsidies of the Cártama City Council, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, by RD 887/2006 of July 21, for the Execution Bases of the 2026 Municipal Budget, and any development regulations that may be applicable BUDGET APPLICATION.- The expenses inherent to this competition for a total of 3,993.40 euros will be charged to budget application 430/480.36, the amount of 2,200 euros as the corresponding amount. payment of the prizes in cash and to the budget application 430/226.32 the amount of 1,793.40 euros for the payment of the prizes in kind. COMPETITIVE COMPETITION.- The prizes to the participating establishments will be awarded on a competitive basis, based on the evaluation criteria contemplated, after study and evaluation by a Jury. REGISTRATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENTS.- The establishments interested in participating in the competition. “XII Cártama Tapa and Cocktail Route” must go to the Commerce Area and submit their application in the form attached to these rules. PARTICIPATION RULES.- Each participant agrees to keep their establishment open and operating during the hours and days set for the Route, as well as not to change tapas/cocktails while it lasts, from June 10 to 14, 2026. All hospitality and restaurant businesses in the Municipality will be invited. to a meeting to explain all the rules of participation. You will receive it by email or WhatsApp indicating the day, time and place that will be held. The price of the tapa/cocktail plus drink (beer, water, wine or soft drink) is €3.50. All establishments in the restaurant sector - bars, cafes and restaurants - that accept these rules and duly fill out the registration form will be able to participate. from March 30 to April 30, 2026. The tapa/cocktail will appear on a route, both physical and digital, that will place each location in one of the three designated areas (Cártama, Cártama Estación, Sexmo). The physical routes will be available in the participating establishments. Participating establishments are committed to maintaining the offer and quality during those days, opening their establishment, at least, every night from Wednesday to Saturday. It will be served in professional tableware. The use of PS plastic cups and plates is not permitted. The use of hard injected plastic or PET rigid plastic cups and plates is permitted. Ballot boxes will be distributed in all participating establishments, to facilitate customer voting. If you observe unfair behavior or fail to comply with any of the above clauses, you will be disqualified and will not be eligible for a prize, including not participating in future editions. definitive exclusion from future editions.
