1. Regulatory Bases These subsidies will be governed by the provisions of this call; in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; in the General Regulations of the Subsidies Law approved by Royal Decree 886/2006, of July 21; in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; in Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid; and in the remaining administrative law rules that may be applicable, and failing that, the private law rules. The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Ordinance for the granting of individualized economic benefits in the area of social services approved on 03/03/2022, and published in the B.O.P of 07/13/2022 no. 133.
