Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3. b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiary entities. The following entities registered in the Registry of Galicianity may be beneficiaries of the subsidies established in this call in each program: - Program 1: Galician communities, collaborating centers of Galicianity, federations of communities and/or entities and centers for the study and dissemination of Galician culture, provided that said registry includes the carrying out of actions that strengthen links with Galicia during the last year. - Programs 2 and 3: Galician entities registered in the Registry of Galicianity in any of the categories that appear in Law 7/2013, of June 13, on Galicianity. 2. For the purposes of the provisions of article 10.2.f) of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, given the nature of the subsidies regulated in this call and that the beneficiaries are Galician non-profit entities, entities that have tax residence in the territories identified by regulation as tax havens are exempt from the prohibition of receiving this aid, provided they prove compliance with the requirements. required to access the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy in question. Second. Object 1. The purpose of this resolution is to approve the regulatory bases by which the granting of subsidies will be governed, on a non-competitive basis, in favor of Galician entities abroad for operating expenses and for action projects aimed at fulfilling their purposes, specifically in the social, youth, training, cultural areas, which seek to maintain or promote ties with Galicia, which are specified in the following action programs (procedure code PR924B): Program 1. Operating expenses of Galician entities abroad. Program 2. Cultural, social projects, information actions and projects promoted by youth. Program 3. Actions of special relevance and/or promotion of the Xacobeo Holy Year. 2. Likewise, it is the object of this resolution to proceed with the call for said subsidies for the year 2026. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of February 3, 2026, of the General Secretariat of Emigration, which establishes the regulatory bases and calls for subsidies corresponding to action programs in favor of Galician entities abroad for the year 2026 (procedure code PR924B). Room. Amount For the granting of the subsidies provided for in this resolution, a total credit of €1,400,000 will be allocated, charged to budget application 14.05.312C.481.0 – aid to entities in the field of migration – of the general budgets of the autonomous community for the year 2026. Exceptionally, the maximum amount of available credits may be increased in the circumstances indicated in the article. 30.2 of Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of Galicia. In accordance with article 30 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, the last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day and, if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month.
