Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of February 20, 2026 of the Local Government Board of the Valencia City Council, which approves the call for subsidies for the CALL FOR SUBSIDIES IN THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR, WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE 2025 JOINT RESPONSIBLE PLAN TO PROMOTE FAMILY CONCILIATION AND EXPAND THE SCHOOL CALENDAR IN PUBLIC DEPENDENCIES OF THE CITY OF VALÈNCIA. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/889008): First. Beneficiaries: This aid is aimed at Public Educational Centers, as well as the Associations of Mothers and Fathers (AMPAS) or Family Associations (AFAS) of the students of said centers. Specifically, the Public Nursery Schools, the Public Early Childhood and Primary Education Schools (CEIP) and the Public Special Education Schools of the city of Valencia, and the associations, entities or federations that develop projects or activities aimed at extending the school calendar and promoting family conciliation as long as they incorporate the gender perspective and that their content or actions are related to equality and co-responsibility. These activities must be carried out in public facilities in the City of Valencia. Second. Purpose: Promote work-family conciliation and the incorporation of women and men into the world of work under equal conditions and promote co-education and early awareness of equal treatment and the elimination of sexist stereotypes. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), made final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16). Room. Amount: The aid will be granted in strict order of receipt of the application and until the budgetary credit is exhausted, which amounts to €393,734.52 Fifth. Application submission period: Submission period subject to publication in the Official Gazette. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on September 15, 2026 and will end on October 1, 2026 (inclusive).
