Grant the direct nominative subsidy charged to application 330/48000 of the 2026 expense budget, to the following beneficiaries for the amounts indicated: Entity name Amount SOCIEDAD DE COLOMBOFILIA DE GUADASSÉQUIES €600 AMPA CRA RIU D’ALBAIDA GUADASSÉQUIES €600 COFRADÍA DEL SANTISIMO CRISTO DEL AMPARO €600 LOC ASSOCIATION. DEM PENSIONERS AND RETIREES OF GUADASSÉQUIES €600 SOCIETAT MUSICAL AMICS DE LA MÚSICA DE GUADASSÉQUIES €600 HOUSEWIVES ASSOCIATION OF GUADASSÉQUIES €600 THEATER ASSOCIATION CAFÉ DE DOTZE €600 SECOND. Accreditation of compliance with the social clauses in the terms established in article 24 of Decree 118/2022, of August 5, of the Consell will be carried out through a responsible declaration, without prejudice to the power of the City Council to require supporting documentation. CLAUSES The beneficiary entity must comply throughout the execution of the subsidy with current regulations on labor, Social Security, equality and prevention of occupational risks, as well as not have been sanctioned by a final resolution for serious or very serious infractions in social matters. The beneficiary entity will guarantee respect for the principle of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in the development of the subsidized activities. If it is not obliged to have an Equality Plan, it must promote equality measures and avoid sexist language or content in the funded activities. Subsidized activities must be designed to ensure the participation of vulnerable groups and guarantee, to the extent possible, universal accessibility (physical, sensory and cognitive accessibility). In the case of hiring personnel for the execution of the project, the working conditions will be respected in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, prioritizing, when possible, the hiring of unemployed people in the municipality. In all advertising, dissemination and materials generated within the framework of the subsidized project, inclusive language will be used and values of diversity, coexistence and respect will be promoted. The beneficiary entity will adopt environmental sustainability measures such as paper reduction, use of recyclable materials, waste minimization and energy efficiency in the organization of events. THIRD. Notify interested parties of the grant of the subsidy, establishing that the deadline for submitting supporting documentation will in no case exceed three months from the completion of the activity and no later than 12/15/2026.
