CALL 2026 FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FROM THE SOCIAL ACTION AREA OF THE AMOREBIETA-ETXANO CITY COUNCIL THROUGH COMPETITIVE COMPETITION REGIME

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The recipients of these subsidies will be: - Entities, associations and foundations, that are non-profit, that are registered in the corresponding registry, based in Bizkaia and that carry out their activities in the municipality of Amorebieta-Etxano or aimed directly at the population of Amorebieta-Etxano in the field of social action. - Natural persons representing an individual or a group on a sporadic, non-profit initiative and registered in the municipality. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to those entities that develop their projects in the field of social action, whose purpose is to promote personal autonomy and prevent and address situations of dependency, lack of protection, exclusion and emergency situations, or act from transversal policies of equality, interculturality, functional diversity, generational diversity or solidarity. Each entity may only request a single project and the actions included in it may be: - Activities linked to the object of the call. - Studies and research. -Citizen awareness and awareness projects. The awareness-raising activities and projects must be developed in the municipality of Amorebieta[1]Etxano and the object of the studies and research must address the social reality of Amorebieta-Etxano and/or the social needs of the Zornotzarras. Expenses directly linked to the specific project presented will be subject to subsidy. Indirect expenses or ordinary maintenance expenses of the entity may be allocated with a maximum limit of 10% of the total amount of the project: personnel (payroll, social security, insurance, per diem...) and current expenses (rental of premises, cleaning, supplies...). It is not the purpose of this call to finance the participation of Zornotzarras in supra-municipal services, actions and/or activities offered outside the municipality. Exceptionally, those in which, at least 50% of the participating people are from Amorebieta-Etxano and it is impossible to obtain loans in the municipality, may be financed. Third. Regulatory bases The Regulatory bases of the Social action area have been published in BOB nº149 of August 6, 2008. Fourth. Amount The amount allocated to this call for subsidies is 30,000 euros, charged to item 2311 48100. The maximum grant limit will be 80% of the project presented, with 100% of the amount of the project presented must be justified. The specific amount to be awarded to each entity will be determined by multiplying the score awarded to the project presented by the entity with the value set for each point (score obtained X value of each point). The value set for each point is obtained by dividing the total budget of the call by the total sum of points awarded to all eligible projects or programs (€30,000 / total sum of points). In the event that there is credit available after the first valuation, new valuations will be carried out until the credit is exhausted or the entities have obtained the maximum amount. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications The application, addressed to the Mayor[1]President of the City Council, will be submitted in person (only natural persons) at the Entry Registry at the Citizen Service of the City Council of Amorebieta[1]Etxano; electronically in the electronic headquarters of the City Council's website or in the manner provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of 15 business days from the publication of the call, formalizing it in the official model. Necessary documentation: - Duly completed standardized application. Print E155 of the procedures manual. - Detailed descriptive report of the project for which the subsidy is requested, it will not exceed 20 pages (A4, one-sided, 1.5 line spacing and Arial 12 font). The content of the report that exceeds the indicated extension will not be subject to evaluation. The Amorebieta-Etxano City Council, through the Bizkaia Interoperability Node, and through the corresponding interoperability services, will carry out the necessary checks and queries of people's data.
