(https://www.dipuleon.es/Ciudadanos/Ayudas_Subvenciones/) First.- Beneficiaries: Public or private entities of a social, cultural, sports or scientific nature may be beneficiaries of the aid that, complying with the conditions established in articles 11 of Law 38/2003, of November 17 and in Base 3 of the BGS, meet the following requirements: a) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding public Registry at least one year prior to the date of publication of these bases. b) Possess NIF. c) Be in possession of the corresponding authorization or permit or, failing that, the request for the same, for the celebration of the corresponding event. d) Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiaries of public subsidies indicated in art. 13 of the LGS. e) Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Provincial Council of León, the A.E.A.T. and Social Security. Second.- Purpose: They are intended to regulate the granting of in-kind aid consisting of batches of Productos de León to public or private entities for the holding of public or private events of a social, cultural, sporting or scientific nature in the province of León, which take place between March 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Third.- Regulatory bases: They will be governed by the provisions of the General Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under the of competitive concurrence of the Excma. Provincial Council of León, approved by agreement of the Plenary of February 27, 2008 (BOP no. 45/2008, of March 5). Likewise, the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, in the Regulation that develops it, in the remaining rules of administrative law, applying in their absence the rules of private law and by the Specific Bases included in the call, will apply. Fourth.- Amount: 1.- For the assessment of the amount of the aid, three types of lots are established valued at the following amount: - 1.- Children's lot: 25 € - 2.- Basic lot: 25 € - 3.- Premium lot: 50 € 2.- A maximum of 250 lots will be awarded per event. Fifth- Deadline for submitting applications: a) First term: From the day following the date of publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) until March 8, 2026. b) Second term: From March 9 to 31, 2026. c) Third term: From April 1 to May 31, 2026. d) Fourth term: From June 1 to July 31, 2026. e) Fifth term: From August 1 to September 30, 2026 Sixth.- Other information: In the posters promoting the event, reference must be made to the collaboration of the Provincial Council of León and the Products of León Campaign, and their logos must be incorporated in a legible size.
