Official description of the call
1.- Object and purpose The present regulatory bases are intended to establish incentives for the promotion of economic activity through self-employment in the Egüés Valley, with the purpose of generating employment, influencing economic and social development. These aid will be applied to eligible actions carried out from October 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. 2.- Financing Financing during the year 2026 to meet the subsidies regulated in these bases will be charged to item 1-24190-47900 "Promotion of employment and cooperatives" of the budget in force in the aforementioned year. The aid granted will be recognized up to the limit of the credit available in the aforementioned budget application. 3.- Submission of applications 3.1 Applications will be submitted in the electronic registry of the Valle de Egüés City Council https://sedeelectronica.valledeegues.es/ in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Administrative Procedure Law 39/2015 for legal entities, or those obliged to interact through electronic means with Public Administrations. 3.2 The date of submission of the application will be considered to be the date on which the correction was made. 3.3 The deadline for submitting applications will be two months from the day following the start date of the activity as a self-employed person. Submission of the application after the deadline will be cause for denial of the subsidy. The deadline for submitting applications will end on October 31, 2026.
