Beneficiaries Individuals or legal entities, owners or holders of the right to usufruct of housing who put their home in the Mediation Pool for Social Rental of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols City Council can apply for the subsidies. Object Subsidies for housing rehabilitation works to be incorporated into the Mediation Pool for social rental of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, year 2026. Regulatory bases a) The general bases for the granting and justification of municipal subsidies from the Sant Feliu de Guíxols City Council, published in the BOPG, no. 80 of April 24, 2024, edict no. 3478. b) The specific regulatory bases for subsidies for the granting of subsidies for owners of unoccupied homes who carry out renovation or rehabilitation works to use them for social rental, published in the BOPG, no. 148, of August 1, 2024. Edict no. 6769 Amount The amount of this call is set at €6,000.00, charged to the application of expenses 10 15220 780 00 “MUNICIPAL REHABILITACIÓ BORSA SUBSIDY”. Application submission period The application submission period will begin from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and until August 31, 2026, both inclusive, or until the available credit is exhausted. No application submitted outside this deadline will be accepted.
