Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: 1. All natural persons, whether individually or collectively, regardless of their nationality or place of residence, who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Degree in Law may apply for the Gabilex "general category" award. 2. For the "master's degree, final degree projects and similar category", participants must be or have been students of any Spanish or foreign university in the 2023/24, 2024/25 or 2025/26 academic years. Second. Object. Its purpose is to announce, on a competitive basis, the Gabilex Awards, awarded by the Legal Office of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. The purpose of this call is the recognition and encouragement of the creative and research work of works in Law, valuing the practical nature of the works presented. Third. Regulatory bases. They are contained in Order 50/2021, of April 6, of the Vice Presidency, published in DOCM No. 70, of April 14, 2021, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Gabilex Awards, Magazine of the Legal Office of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. Room. Amount. a) The VI Gabilex Prize "general category", which will have a financial prize of one thousand five hundred euros (€1,500). b) The VII Gabilex Prize "category masters, final degree projects and similar", which will have a financial award of five hundred euros (€500). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting candidatures will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Sixth. Other data. Applications for participation eligible for the prize will be submitted to the Legal Office of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, located at Plaza del Cardenal Silíceo, s/n, 45071 – Toledo, or to the Post Office offices, article 16.4.b) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
