First. – Beneficiaries Private companies and individual employers who carry out their business activity within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León and who in total have up to 500 workers may be beneficiaries. Second. – Object and purpose Facilitate the professional promotion of female employees in private companies to contribute to the participation of women and men in the labor market with full equality of opportunity. Third. – Regulatory bases Order FAM/585/2023, of May 2, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to companies to promote the professional promotion of women in Castilla y León, published in the BOCYL on May 10, 2023. Fourth. – Subsidy amount. The amount of the subsidy will generally be 2,000 euros. This amount will increase to 2,800 euros if the worker carries out her activity in professions and occupations with a lower rate of female employment, in accordance with the Order of September 16, 1998, of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
