CALL 2026 FOR THE GRANTING OF FINANCIAL AID FOR TREATMENTS AND PROGRAMS TO MINORS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AMOREBIETA-ETXANO

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The following individuals will be entitled to this aid: Minors (6-18 years old) with recognition of a disability of at least 33% by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, who receive the treatments described in article 4, in different entities specialized in child and youth development and that are authorized by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia as Child Development and Early Care Centers or entities without for-profit that operate in the field of social services and are declared of public utility. The beneficiary must appear in the Amorebieta-Etxano registry for at least the last twelve uninterrupted months prior to the submission of this application. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the aid that will be granted by the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council in order to provide financial support to minors (6-18 years old) with disabilities, residing in the municipality of Amorebieta-Etxano, to contribute to meeting the treatment needs that arise due to the disability they present. The financial support will be used to cover the expenses incurred by the treatments provided to children with disabilities in the municipality by different entities that provide therapeutic treatments for child and adolescent development and that are authorized by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia as Centers for Child Development and Early Care, regulated in Decree 13/2016, of February 2, on comprehensive intervention in early care in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, or subsequent ones. regulations or modifications on the matter, or are non-profit entities that act in the field of social services and are declared of public utility. The applicable legal regime is that established by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and the Ordinance regulating Subsidies of the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council. The granting of these aids will be carried out through a subsidy call on a competitive basis. Third. Regulatory Bases The Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies for treatments and programs to minors with disabilities are published in the B.O.B. No. 186 dated September 28, 2020. Fourth. Amount The maximum total amount allocated for the subsidies called will be €25,000 and the budget item to which it is allocated is 2313-48000 of the 2026 budget of the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council. This amount may be modified if the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council so decides. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications The applications, addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, must be submitted to the Citizen Service, through the electronic headquarters of the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council or by any of the means indicated in Art. 16 of Law 39/15, of the Common Administrative Procedure, formalized in the official model (E108). Together with this request, the following documentation must be provided: Budget of the entity that provides the treatments for the year 2026, specifying their name. In the event that the persons who exercise guardianship of the minor are separated or divorced, documentation accrediting the regulatory regime regarding the contribution of the expenses of the minors in charge.
