Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Sports clubs or local entities that have a current collaboration agreement on sports with FUNDELP or the Paterna City Council, that are in the situation that legitimizes their concession and that meet the requirements indicated in the regulatory bases and in the call, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these rules is to collaborate in the expenses of organizing sporting events of sports clubs and local entities that maintain collaboration agreements in force with FUNDELP or with the Paterna City Council at the time of the request. A sporting event is understood to be those that meet the following requirements: - Held in the period between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026, provided that the events in said period have not been subsidized by FUNDELP in previous calls. - Carried out in the municipality of Paterna. - Extraordinary nature (outside the official calendar of the activity). Purpose of promoting physical-sports activity. - The event will necessarily have as an essential element the practice of any type of physical-sports activity. Eligible expenses will be considered those derived from the celebration of events subject to aid indicated in the following list: a) Expenses for health services. b) Arbitration or judge expenses, or other necessary federative expenses. c) Expenses for usual supplies (water). d) Infrastructure or material expenses on a rental basis, as long as they are essential for the celebration of the event, and/or cannot be met with FUNDELP's own resources or the Paterna City Council. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases of the aid intended for the organization of sporting events have been approved by the Plenary Agreement of the Paterna City Council dated April 26, 2023 published in the BOP Valencia No. 89 dated 05/10/2023, and are published on the website www.esport.paterna.es, as well as on the notice board of the aforementioned Foundation. Room. Amount: The maximum amount assigned to this aid will be €2,000 (four thousand euros). The maximum amount to be subsidized for the concepts object of this call will be determined by the number of participating athletes and the maximum competition level of the event (autonomous, national or international), indicated in the application and in accordance with the following criteria: NUMBER OF PARTICIPANT ATHLETES AUTONOMOUS LEVEL NATIONAL LEVEL INTERNATIONAL LEVEL 250 and more 800.00 euros 1,000.00 euros 1,200.00 euros 100 to 249 600.00 euros 800.00 euros 1,000.00 euros 99 and less 400.00 euros 600.00 euros 800.00 euros It will be considered INTERNATIONAL LEVEL when 10% of the accredited participation comes from outside Spain. It will be considered NATIONAL LEVEL when 20% of the accredited participation comes from outside the Valencian Community. It will be considered AUTONOMOUS LEVEL when neither of the two previous conditions are met or the origin of the participants is not proven. One aid will only be granted per sports club or applicant entity and exercise. If the sum of the maximum eligible amounts of the set of applications exceeds the budget credit, the amount of aid will be reduced by the same percentage in all cases until said sum is equal to the budget credit. Fifth. Application submission period: The application period will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the BOP and will remain open until August 31, 2026. Sixth. Other information: Payment of 100% of the aid will be paid once the expense incurred has been justified. The justification will consist of a responsible declaration regarding the receipt of other subsidies, invoices proving the expense incurred, accreditation of the number and origin of the participants and accreditation of the advertising carried out.
