Official description of the call
Extract from the resolution of February 24, 2026 of the Island Director of the area of Economic Development, Ecological Transition and Environmental Sustainability and the Biosphere Reserve of the Hon. Island Council of Fuerteventura, by which generic subsidies are called under a competitive competition regime for renewable energy installations on livestock farms and agricultural farms (MEASURE IV) - Annuity 2026. First. Object. Photovoltaic solar installations and wind installations intended for the generation of renewable energy on livestock farms and agricultural farms with a maximum power of 100 kW will be subsidized. (Investments in the acquisition of used equipment, investments in repair, replacement, adaptation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, nor investments in the expansion of existing facilities are not considered eligible actions.) Installation execution period: from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 Subsidy justification period: 15 days from the final granting resolution. Second. Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons (small and medium-sized companies) residing in Fuerteventura, owners of farms with livestock activity or farms with agricultural activity, who carry out their work in Fuerteventura and who intend to carry out the actions included in the purpose of these regulatory bases, meeting the requirements demanded therein, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. In no case will more than one request per family unit and call be attended to. Third. Regulatory bases: Published in the B.O.P. of Las Palmas No. 51 dated April 26, 2024. Fourth. Subsidy amount. The budget credit is one hundred thousand euros (100,000.00.-€), charged to budget item 2026 71130 4250A 7700126 ((MEASURE IV) SUBSIDIES FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY INSTALLATIONS ON LIVESTOCK AND AGRICULTURAL FARMS). The amount assigned to the call may be increased with other available credits as a result of a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit that could be allocated for such purposes, without said increase requiring a new call. The subsidy percentage will be 50% of the eligible budget determined according to Base 7, with a maximum subsidy of €15,000.00 for connected self-consumption installations and €30,000.00 for isolated self-consumption installations. In the event that the homogenized budget is higher than the budget presented by the applicant, the same procedure expressed above will be followed but the calculations will be made with the budget presented by the applicant. The basic criteria that will be taken into account will be determined by the following concepts in descending order of importance: a) Reserve list from a previous annuity (70 points) b) Projects executed on the date of application (50 points) c) Income level (from 0 to 40 points) d) Not having been a beneficiary in previous calls (20 points) Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month. The period will end on the same day as the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of the following month. Sixth. Other data. The subsidies granted under this call will be compatible with others granted for the same purpose, provided that the overall amount of the same and other income does not exceed 70% of the eligible cost as a whole.
