Official description of the call
Extract from the resolution of February 26, 2026 of the Island Delegate Councilor for Industry, Classified Activities, Economic Development and Security of the Hon. Island Council of Fuerteventura, by which generic subsidies are called under a competitive competition regime for renewable energy installations in homes - (MEASURE I) - annuity 2026 First. Object. Renewable energy projects will be subsidized through new solar photovoltaic installations and/or wind installations intended for the generation of individual self-consumption in homes, with a maximum power of 30 kW. (Investments in the acquisition of used equipment, investments in repair, replacement, adaptation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, nor investments in the expansion of existing facilities are not considered eligible actions.) Installation execution period: from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026. Subsidy justification period: 15 days from the day following the final granting resolution. Second. Beneficiaries: Natural persons, homeowners and residents of Fuerteventura who intend to carry out the actions included in the purpose of this call and meet the requirements set out in the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. In no case will more than one request per family unit and call be attended to. Third. Regulatory bases: Published in the B.O.P. of Las Palmas No. 51 dated April 26, 2024. Fourth. Subsidy amount. The budget credit is two hundred and eighty-five thousand euros (285,000.00.-€), charged to budget item 2026 71130 4250A 7890126 ((MEASURE I) SUBSIDIES FOR SELF-CONSUMPTION INSTALLATIONS IN HOUSING). The amount assigned to the call may be increased with other available credits as a result of a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit that could be allocated for such purposes, without said increase requiring a new call. The subsidy percentage will be 50% of the eligible budget determined according to Base 7, with a maximum of €5,000.00 subsidy per new self-consumption installation. Homogenized budget > €10,000.00? Subsidy €5,000.00 Homogenized budget < €10,000.00? Subsidy 50% of the homogenized budget In the event that the homogenized budget is higher than the budget presented by the applicant, the same procedure expressed above will be followed, but the calculations will be made with the budget presented by the applicant. The basic criteria that will be taken into account will be determined by the following concepts in descending order of importance: a) Reserve list from a previous annuity (70 points) b) Projects executed on the date of application (50 points) c) Income level (from 0 to 40 points) d) Not having been a beneficiary in previous calls (20 points) Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month. The period will end on the same day as the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of the following month. Sixth. Other data. The subsidies granted under this call will be compatible with others granted for the same purpose, provided that the overall amount of the same and other income does not exceed 70% of the eligible cost as a whole.
