Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Local sports clubs that have a current collaboration agreement with FUNDELP or the Paterna City Council at the time of the application, are in the situation that legitimizes their granting and that meet the requirements indicated in the regulatory bases and in the call may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to collaborate in the costs of provision of infrastructure or sports equipment of local sports clubs that maintain collaboration agreements in force with FUNDELP or with the Paterna City Council at the time of the request. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for aid for infrastructure and equipment of local sports entities have been approved by the Agreement of the Paterna City Council Plenary dated April 26, 2023 published in the BOP Valencia No. 89 dated 05/10/2023, and are published on the website www.esport.paterna.es, as well as on the edict board of the aforementioned Foundation. Room. Amount: The maximum amount assigned to this aid will be €10,000 (ten thousand euros). The maximum amount to be subsidized for the concepts covered by this call will be determined by the number of athletes benefiting from the actions, in accordance with the following criteria: Number of athletes equal to or greater than 250 Maximum amount = €2,500 Number of athletes between 100 and 249 Maximum amount = €1,500 Number of athletes less than 99 Maximum amount = €500 Only one aid will be granted per sports club applicant. If the sum of the maximum eligible amounts of the set of applications exceeds the budget credit, the amount of aid will be reduced by the same percentage in all cases until said sum is equal to the budget credit. Fifth. Application submission period: The application period will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the BOP and will remain open until August 31, 2026. Sixth. Other information: Expenses on sports infrastructure, rental of headquarters or premises necessary for the development of the activity and non-fungible sports equipment incurred by clubs as a direct consequence of their activity, including equipment or technological supports, will be considered eligible expenses, as long as their need and use is proven. The aid regulated in this call will apply to interventions carried out in the period between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026, provided that these have not been subsidized by FUNDELP in previous calls.
