Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries The most representative unions of workers in the agri-food sector at the state level, provided for in article 2.2, may be beneficiaries of the aid. of the Order of Regulatory Bases of said aid. Second.- Purpose of the Call The granting of subsidies aimed at unions of workers in the agri-food sector is called for the year 2026, under a competitive competition regime. These subsidies will be used only for actions carried out in the period between January 1 of the year of their call and the deadline established for their justification. Third.- Regulatory bases Order AAA/1579/2012, of July 2, (“Official State Gazette” of July 17, 2012), modified in turn by Order AAA/1239/2015, of June 23 (“Official State Gazette” of June 25, 2015), establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of this aid. Fourth.- Financing of aid The financing of the subsidies provided for in this order will be carried out under budget item 21.01.411M.484, whose maximum total amount will be three hundred and seventy-six thousand and forty euros (€376,040.00). Fifth.- Applications and Submission Deadline Applications will be submitted within twenty business days, counted from the day following the date of publication of this extract in the “Official State Gazette”, in the Electronic Registry of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, through its electronic headquarters. Sixth.- Award criteria. The distribution of the funds and their amounts will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of the Basic Order.
