Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Federated athletes born or registered in Corbera during the last two years and who are not part of any club or sports association. Second. Object. Support the activity carried out by the municipality's athletes in their respective specialties, taking into account the fact that these athletes constitute a reference for the rest of the population of Corbera. In this way, contributing to encourage, promote and incentivize sports practice in general. Third. Regulatory bases. This call is governed, among others, by the Regulatory Bases for Subsidies intended for individual athletes, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia No. 26, dated 02/08/2022, and its subsequent modification published in the Official Gazette of the Province of València No. 4, dated 01/05/2024. Fourth. Amount: This aid will be approved under budget item 341-4800. The amount of the subsidy will not in any case exceed 50% of the total expenses presented and a maximum per application will be €800.Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications can be submitted both through the Entry Registry and through the Electronic Headquarters of the Corbera City Council: https://corbera.sedelectronica.es. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Sixth. Documentation to attach to the application: Submission of the application will imply full acceptance of these Bases; and along with the duly completed application, documentation supporting compliance with the general and specific requirements for obtaining the subsidy must be attached. a. Photocopy of the athlete's DNI (if the athlete is a minor, provide the DNI of the father, mother or guardian).b. Photocopy of the federative license (in force for the season subject to the call).c. Sports memory (attendance at competitions, tournaments or other sporting events).d. Financial report in accordance with the sports report (detailed list of expenses presented and total income received).e. List of expenses:- Original of the invoices related to the eligible expenses (dated between September 1 and August 31 of the season that is the subject of the call).- In no case will delivery notes, tickets, delivery notes or similar be accepted to justify the assumed expenses.- The invoice will be specified corresponding to the number of people diners in the hotel premises and overnight stays in the accommodation subject to eligible expenses. If the athlete is of legal age, only he or she will be taken into account and if he or she is a minor, he or she and the father, mother, guardian or other person whose family or sports relationship is justified will be taken into account. And if this relationship is not justified, only the athlete's share will be paid. - Accommodation will be considered an eligible expense as long as the distance in kilometers from Corbera is greater than 100 km. At a shorter distance, it will only be considered eligible if the sporting event lasts 2 or more days. - The bizum will not be considered a valid document for the justification of expenses. - The cost of fuel to attend training will have to be accompanied by the corresponding training plan provided by the club as well as the specification of the existing kilometers between Corbera and the training place. f. Third party maintenance model (only in case it is the first time in which the call is attended). Ex officio, it will be verified whether: - You reside in the municipality and have been registered continuously for the last two years as of the date of the application. - You are up to date with your tax obligations with this City Council. Seventh. Payment of the subsidy. Once the subsidy is approved, it will be paid to the beneficiary by bank transfer to the account number that appears in the third-party maintenance model.
