Official description of the call
Extract from the Resolution of February 26, 2026, of the Ministry of Culture, Linguistic Policy and Sports, which calls for 2026 subsidies for cultural activity projects of regional interest promoted by individuals, foundations and associations. First.-Beneficiaries: Any Asturian or resident in the Principality of Asturias, cultural association or private cultural foundation that has its registered office in the Principality of Asturias and that mainly carries out its activity in this Autonomous Community may apply for these subsidies. Second.-Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant financial aid, on a competitive basis, for the implementation in the Principality of Asturias of cultural activity projects of regional interest carried out by individuals, private cultural foundations and associations, with the requirements established both in these rules and in the corresponding public call for these subsidies. These cultural activities or projects include training and mobility actions in order to support the carrying out of tours of performing and musical arts shows, courses and training activities linked to different artistic manifestations, as well as activities to disseminate plastic and audiovisual arts through exhibition projects and attendance at fairs, festivals and events for the dissemination, promotion or marketing of any of the cultural and artistic manifestations carried out outside the scope of the Principality of Asturias by such individuals, foundations and associations. The eligible projects will be those carried out, in addition to during the year of the corresponding call until the maximum date of presentation of the justification for the use of the funds received, in the months of November and December of the immediately preceding year. The object of this line of subsidies will be specific projects or activities, with the express exclusion of the Annual Activity Programs of the recipient entities, without prejudice to the eligible nature of the projects or activities that comprise them. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of May 29, 2017, of the then Ministry of Education and Culture, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for cultural activity projects of regional interest and training and mobility actions promoted by individuals, foundations and associations (Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias No. 127 of June 3, 2017). Fourth.-Amount: 154,000 euros. In the case of subsidies intended for cultural activities of regional interest, the amount of the subsidy to be awarded for each beneficiary and project will be that resulting from the technical assessment obtained. The amount to be awarded as a subsidy will be the amount that results (rule of 3) from projecting the technical assessment awarded to the project on the maximum expected score and taking into account that the maximum 100 points that can be obtained will be assigned the maximum subsidy of SIX THOUSAND EUROS (€6,000). In the case of aid for training and mobility, the amount of the subsidy to be granted for each beneficiary and project will be the following fixed amount depending on the type of specific action for which aid is requested: Actions,,Amount International tours, fairs and exhibition events,,€2,000 National tours, fairs and exhibition events,,€1,500 International training,,€1,000 National training,,€600 Notwithstanding everything above, the subsidy to be granted will have the following limits: a), The maximum contribution from the Ministry of Culture, Linguistic Policy and Sports may not exceed 50% of the project budget. b), The maximum amount of the subsidy to be awarded per project may not, as stated above, exceed the maximum subsidy provided for in this call. c),,The requested quantity. An estimated 20% of the credit subject to this call is reserved for the granting of subsidies specifically requested by recently created entities or new individuals. It will be understood that this requirement is met in entities or individuals whose cultural history is less than 5 years.
