Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/ First. Beneficiary entities The beneficiaries may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, without prejudice to meeting the requirements established in these bases, the municipalities of Galicia with up to 10,000 inhabitants, according to the population figures in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1117/2025, of December 3, by which the population figures resulting from the review of the Municipal Register referring to January 1, 2025 are declared official. Second. Purpose and regime The subsidies regulated by these bases are intended to promote the recovery, accessibility and signposting of tourist resources in town councils of up to 10,000 inhabitants with a view to consolidating the tourist offer in rural areas through the enhancement of their historical, cultural, heritage and landscape wealth. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of February 20, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, under a non-competitive concurrence regime, of subsidies to municipalities of up to 10,000 inhabitants for actions to improve tourist infrastructure, and announces its call for the year 2026 (procedure code TU503D). Fourth. Amount 1. The subsidies object of this resolution will be attributed to the budget application 04.A2.761A.760.0, project 2015 00005, for a credit of 2,000,000 euros, from the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for 2026, without prejudice to subsequent variations produced as a consequence of the existence of greater availability budget, in accordance with the provisions of article 30.2 of the regulations of Law 9/2007, on subsidies of Galicia, approved by Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which may give rise to the possibility of addressing new requests that may involve the appropriate subsidy. In these cases, the granting body must publish the extension of credit in the same media in which it published the call without this publication implying an opening of the period to submit new applications or the start of a new calculation of the deadlines for resolution. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month and will begin at 12:00 noon on the fifth business day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The term will end at 8:00 p.m. on the day one month passes from the start date of the term, except when the credit is exhausted. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day and, if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month. Sixth. Subsidy justification deadline The delivery of the supporting documentation will have until November 3, 2026.
