Official description of the call
First. -Beneficiaries: Merchant associations, mixed merchant associations (trade, tourism and services) and groups or unions of associations thereof, non-profit, legally constituted and whose registration in the corresponding registry is two years old immediately prior to the date of the call, that carry out their activity in the Principality of Asturias and that operate in municipalities where Strategic Plans for Commerce or Commerce and Tourism are implemented. Second. -Purpose: Actions that promote the revitalization and digitalization of the retail trade sector, as well as support for the Third Party association network, will be considered eligible for aid. -Regulatory bases: Resolution of the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion dated June 15, 2021. (BOPA of June 21, 2021) Fourth. -Amount: Total amount: €208,000.00 (two hundred and eight thousand euros) charged to budget application 1404,622C.486,015, according to the following distribution: 1 Commercial revitalization €150,000.00 2 Digitalization in the commercial sector €23,000.00 3 Support for the associative fabric €35,000.00 In the event that there is a surplus credit in action 1, this remainder will be incorporated first into action 2, and, secondly, into action 3. In the event that the surplus occurs in action 2, it will be incorporated first into action 1, and failing that into action 3. Finally, in the event that the surplus credit occurs in action 3, it will be incorporated first into action 1, and failing that, action 2. The credit will be extendable up to 50,000# when the circumstances provided for in article 58.2 of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies are met, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. Maximum amount: The amount of subsidies granted to the beneficiaries will be variable and will be determined, for each case, taking into account the budgetary availability of each action and the evaluation criteria applied, by applying the formula indicated in the call. The maximum amount will be 90% of the amount of the eligible expense. Fifth. - Deadline for carrying out the actions: The completion of the actions subject to the subsidy must be between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. Sixth. -Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Seventh. -Other information of interest: Applications and the attached documentation must be submitted electronically only through the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias, which can be accessed through the following address https://miprincipado.asturias.es, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0046T01.
